Frequently asked questions

Are the pearls real?

Yes. We use genuine freshwater pearls. Natural pearls can vary slightly in shape, tone, and surface, which is one reason each piece has its own character.

Will the gold plating fade or turn black?

Our settings use S925 sterling silver with 14k or 18k gold plating. The color can soften over time depending on wear and care, but careful storage and avoiding chemicals will help extend its life. Learn more about how to care for your jewelry in our Pearl Care Guide.

Can I wear pearl jewelry in the shower or pool?

We do not recommend it. Water, chlorine, seawater, soap, and skincare products can affect both pearls and plated metal. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Our S925 sterling silver settings are nickel-free and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the product material details before ordering.

Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within Thailand via Flash Express or Kerry. Orders are packed with care and processed Monday to Friday, with a daily cut-off around 12:00 PM.

  • Bangkok and surrounding areas: usually 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • Other provinces: usually 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Return and exchange policy

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement where eligible.

Please record an unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened. This helps us verify shipping damage or missing items. Without video evidence, claims may be declined.
